‘Are elections held for motion’: Shivraj Chouhan on Priyanka Vadra’s ‘Tere Naam’ barb at PM Modi


Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Thursday hit out at Congress basic secretary Priyanka Gandhi over invoking Salman Khan-starrer 2003 movie ‘Tere Naam’ to assault Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the course of the election rally in Datia.

Addressing a rally in Datia on Wednesday, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra renewed the ‘CryPM’ assault on the Prime Minister. She mentioned that the “PM of the nation stays upset in his personal ache completely.” Vadra equated PM Modi to actor Salman Khan’s character within the movie ‘Tere Naam.’ She mentioned, “He went to Karnataka with an extended checklist of abuses he confronted…It looks as if he retains crying.
